At Ardene, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Start Your Request

Log into your Ardene account or use the order tracker to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
